Westspace is an online directory which has a lot of local health and wellbeing resources, including this page for children’s mental health.
Talk Time offers free counselling for young people with a physical disability (in Edinburgh, but available to all via video link)

Youtube has a number of mindfulness videos for young children, including ‘Mindfulness for Kids’ for before sleep, and ‘Spaceship to the Moon’ for relaxation
